Finding a lost key
Get your key from your account page, or have it e-mailed again.
- Go to sign in and type the e-mail address you bought with.
- Open the link we e-mail you (it works once, for 15 minutes) and press Sign in to BeatAtlas.
- On your account page, choose Show key, then Copy. Or Send my key again to have it e-mailed.
No e-mail arrived? Check your spam folder, and that it is the address you bought with. Still nothing? Write to Contact@arcsevenlabs.co.uk with your order number (it starts with BA-).
